Oh eligibility in review too thats wierd...i mean if only criminality is in processing that makes sense recieving portal email but eligibility being in progress..i assume if you would have ordered GCMS u might have got clear picture probably eligibility might have passed sometime in between..
Try calling couple of times it happens to me i call everytime back to back 5 to 6 times until the voice says you are in queue..

How does the portal email work? Do they send you a direct email or they send it through your mycic

Mine came in 31 days. So you can expect the email with GCMS notes as PDF attachment probably by next week..

Remember processing your application is not computer generated someone physically has to do the checks. As with the draws it’s just a simple request to the system and it do was it’s told.. give it some time it will be over soon

True, the draws are done automatically, when you meet the minumum cut-off. And don't require physical input.
