EE: CEC Inland | AOR: May 10 2020 | Medical Passed: sometime in July | Eligibility - passed, Security- Passed (both not updated in portal) |
Criminality - In progress (as of 10/22, called again today and still in process | Bio exempted and Updated in portal - Oct 15 |

Does any how much time it takes for Criminality to clear?

same boat. Biometrics exempted updated on Oct 14th. Waiting for the final decision. Called IRCC couple of days back, said criminality is in progress still. Not sure what is taking long. Ordered gcms notes on October 10th. And I seriously doubt now if the biometrics is updated by the visa officer assigned to me or by someone who generates gcms notes. Didnt receive gcms notes either. Every hour I’m checking my account. Still waiting......

Hie can anyone please help me ? I had 958.50 regular hours of work year to date and 60 hours in paid vacation as of dec 31, 2019. And from jan till now i have 871.25 hours as regular work and 112 hours as vacation. Are my hours sufficient to count one year of total experience. And is paid vacation counted in total hours for CEC class. Really confused and need help
You can count reasonable period of vacation as part of you CEC application. In my case I had work experience of 3 years and 4-5 week of vacation in each year. I am still waiting for my PR but my eligibility was passed. Here is CIC's tweet regarding this. Hope this helps you.

Waiting for criminality since 7th Oct
I don’t understand how it is done because some people have their COPRs next day while some of us are still looking at calendars for that one lucky day.
I wish we hear the good news sooner than later.

Any one living in GTA area got PR? Trying to find out the processing time based on location. I called IRCC, come to know criminality check in progress. Not sure how many days it take.

I think Ottawa officers are taking way too long honestly. I did my biometrics on October 2 and my AOR is May 20. No update since biometrics and when I called the agent said officers are taking time to process files due to backlog. So hopefully I hear back on time since my 6 months are ending on Nov 20. Waiting patiently

By the way, someone told me yesterday, he received COPR in May and hasnt received PR card till date. IRCC asked him to stop calling and wait patiently. So, there's looooong way too go!
