No you are not the only one. I am also unable to login to the gckey portal.

Unable to log-in. Could there be a certain time in a day that the system works? It has been like this since Friday.
 
There's a note saying the system will be unavailable from 2am to 5am tomorrow (Eastern time).

Weirdly, if I try and log in on mobile, I can see on my home page it says my PR application has been updated, but when I click to go into the application it won't open, and on desktop it doesn't say there's been an update, and it also won't open.

Exactly same issue
 
Now it says profile updated on desktop too, but the application won't open. Same mentioned in multiple other threads on this forum
 
It usually happens on this scale whenever they are updating people's profiles. I believe we'll all be able to login later this evening after the mass update(s) is completed.;)
