I got AOR on 12 August. But it doesn't say anything about my medical.
How much time does it take to update the medical on iron website?

Medical passed on July 13th, but after few weeks it changed to “you do not need medical exam...” I’m not sure what that means.

I think your medical exam has been expired, when did you do your medical exam?

That’s called ghost update.
it means someone checked your file.

Apparently, when you call the IRCC's toll free number, you can hear the pre-recorded message confirming the same. Although, we can expect official news to show up on the website next week probably.
