I have a reference letter on letterhead from my old employer in India from 2016 November (that's the date when the letter was issued to me) and the person who signed the letter left his job in 2017, I don't have any salary slips I only have this letter.
Having an old reference letter to claim foreign experience points will be a issue?

Thanks

The contact details on the letterhead includes company's info email, address in the bottom and undersigned's personal email address, personal phone number.

As long as it has all required details such as your designation, duration of employment, hours of work, roles and responsibilities, location and salary, it should be fine. I think the date of letter shouldn't matter. If you don't have these details in your letter, you should try to get a new one from your immediate supervisor or from HR again.

I have all these details in my letter but there is no stamp on my letter, will that be an issue?

Do I need to send my original passport and work permit along with their copies for PCC to BLS Canada?

No need of original passport. Self attested photo copies of 1) passport first and last page with address 2) work permit copy 3) PCC application form from passport.gov website 4) three copies of pcc reference form 5) copy of ITA document 6) Canada address proof 7) India address proof if different than your passport address. All details/checklist are available in BLS website.

Hello all,
I received my ITA-CEC category May 15th. I am submitting my applications this week as I just got my medical results today.

But I currently have an active application on PNP-Paper category since Oct 23, 2017 which hasn’t even passed eligibility stage. Hence, my decision to try a faster route since I now have over 1 year Canadian experience.
Should I cancel the PNP application before submitting the CEC application or let both run concurrently?

Does your experience count till the time you submit your e-APR or it stops counting when you received ITA?

Hi,

Needed your advice on a query.

I am on a PGWP work permit. My spouse came to Canada in Feb 2020 on a spousal work permit as my dependent. For her work permit procedure, she was required to get her medical done, which she did back home in December 2019. Now during the PR process, if they ask for a medical to be done for her, can the same medical results be used/referenced since its within a year of her getting it done?

Thanks in advance.

If you applied through Express Entry in May 2020, she should get the answer for PR by December 2020, hopefully, so no need for redoing medicals unless IRCC ask for it.

Any updates from May AOR Applicants??? (CEC Within Canada)
I submitted my ePR on May 22nd, but have not received any updates yet.

Any May AOR get Medical passed?
The latest AOR who got the MED passed and BIL request with updates progress bar in their profile is Apr 30th and he got update yesterday. So hopefully by next week slowly ppl from May might see updates. And idk how they get the profiles picked there are still CEC inland ppl with AOR before apr30 that didnt recieve any updates. So dont expect it to be early especially in these times where everything got delayed.Atleast wait for 60days after you receive AOR and then try to raise question through Webform to IRCC..thats the best anyone can do.Myself AOR may 14th and i decided to wait until Jul14th to see any bit of progress..Information i provided is from.other threads.
