Hi there,
Does anyone know based on the CRS criteria, what the Skill Transferability-Education stands for? My new profile got 12 points more than my old on that category while my education is still the same. The only difference is my work experience has more than a year now. Not sure whether it's is the reason but I'm also worried whether could be a miscalculation by CIC. Any help will be appreciated!

Hi,
I have to submit employment letter.My supervisor is in USA . So his letterhead will be from usa( USA company ). I work in canada ( Canada Compay). So if i submit employment letter with his letterhead which is USA. Is it acceptable?

It would be better if you can get a letter with the details in Canada. Because it would be easier for CIC to contact and verify just in case. This is only my opinion.

I am still working in Canada but not under the NOC 0,A,B anymore.does it matter? Do I submit the LOE with my most up-to-date paystub to prove that? Thanks!

If you already had one-year of Canadian work experience under the NOC O, A or B to be qualified under CEC and received ITA, whatever you are currently doing now does not matter. You don't need to maintain working under the NOC O, A or B after ITA.

Hi guys, I have one more question. So I worked for the same employer (Food Chain) but in different locations within Toronto, do I have to mention all of them in my employment letter or is it okay to not mention since the company letter head states the address of the head office.

My question is in regards to the work experience supporting documents, the letter of experience includes my salary, do I need to attach all the pay stubs for the whole working duration or one stub is enough?

CIC does not ask for pay stubs. They are optional documents. I have all the pay stubs so I submitted them all. It's totally up to you.

I mean like, if one employment reference needs LOE, I will attach the LOE to it, then another one for another reference, then another one for the POF, and so on. Those will juts be short LOEs. I noticed that I put wrong start date for one of my previous works on my EE profile before receiving ITA.
About 4 months difference, but it won't affect my score.

Can I chance my profile now? If I do so, Do I have to write LOE?

Also, can I add one more previous employer to my work history now? LOE required?

You should put everything into one LOE so it would not confuse the Visa Officer when they work on your application.

That's a temporary UCI. Everyone has the same, It would change later on to the actual UCI (which is on the visa or work permit) when they start working on our applications.

You can change your profile, you should have an LOE for that even though it won't affect your score. Just to give the officer an idea of why you change it.

Why do you want to add one more employment if you already had enough score and received ITA? You will have to provide more documents for that while it is unnecessary. Just put everything else under personal history.

Now I understand. In fact, the only thing we need to submit for proof of employment is the Reference letter. Other things are not required, they act as supporting documents only. However, if you are not sure about some proof of employment, I think you can add one more along with a reference letter for that work. You should also include an LOE, this is just to let the officer know what you have done. It should be fine.

help!!

i got a rejection letter.
So, when i made the profile, my experience was 1+ yrs . So my score would be 165 . But, i got invitation after few mnths as my score increased to 175 as i had completed 2 yrs of exp by then.
i have worked for4 companies in total . 1st job was 1yr 4 mnths . So i was thinking basically pr would be on this basis. But because they counted all other short term jobs as well. One of the job that idid for2 mnths , i didnt receive a reference letter . My employer didnt give it, position : junior recruiter . But now after rejection he did but only 1 line job duties - entering application, answering calls and assisting recruiters(as i was in training, i didnt actually startedthe recruiter duties)
Now , i dont know what to do . Rejection was because i didnt had references letter to prove my job duties and now that have i dont think it is good enough.

now the scores so going so low that i will het ITA for 1 yr exp as well.
but whilemaking a profile, i was thinkingnot to mention thisjob asif they send invitation on this basis, i dont have strong docs.
thinking to make profile and not mention yhis one, but while uploading docs in the end i will add this job with a explaination letter

I submitted my profile. I am currently working as Assistant restaurant manager. And I uploaded my offered letter in documents and pay slips . but my offer letter doesn't mention my duties and responsibility will it lead to rejection of my profile
