I have received GCMS notes which I ordered on Nov 2020. My file is in CPC - Ottawa. Eligibility has been passed in July 2020. Medicals are passed and expired, and nothing else is passed so far. Criminality is in progress. There are some notes that they could not start criminality without biometrics. Nobody ever called me about biometrics, so it looks like they started work on criminality when I gave biometrics on Nov 30th.

Hi, I am afraid you need a new medical report. You can try to apply without it and wait until they request it. Maybe they won't, but I do not think so.

I heard from someone in this forum sometime ago that they have a new portal for confirming your PR.
If I may ask, when is your AOR and what province?

I am also in Ottawa and the same situation with you. I have been waiting since October 10th 2020.
I have an outland dependent though.

just got the credentials for portal and i added my address and photo at https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en. Now wait for the ecopr starts....
