Hi guys, did any of you experience a score 0 when creating your Express Entry application? I have been getting a 0 score and an “ineligible” message every time I try. Even though my score on CRS calculator is 477. If anyone went through this please share your experience. Thank you.

Ineligible message can be for two reasons - If your IELTS/CELPIP score is more than two years old and if you say that you don't have your credentials evaluated. See those initial responses and you will realise what error you made

That’s what’s driving me crazy! I have both and I’m still getting a score 0.

My IELTS was taken in November 2019 - 7.5 score.
And for my foreign education credentials, I did provide the WES reference code.

Just see answer to questions are your IELTS taken over two year- If you said Yes- it will give Zero -

So the answer to that question changes the situation. That's what my gut says you may be answering incorrectly just revisit the question carefully before responding. Many times you end up answering that incorrectly between yes or No.

Eligibility met and background completed for me. I am surprised without biometrics it’s done, any one else getting such update.
Great news. Whats it showing once you login to cic account? I applied in March too but got stuck with biometrics on March 13 and no info so far (

Service Canada is reopening its in-person locations across the country

So biometrics expected soon
read carefully brother..

All biometrics appointments in Canada are cancelled until further notice. Even though some Service Canada offices may be open with limited services, biometrics collection services are currently still unavailable. Do not visit a Service Canada office to give your biometrics at this time.

Yes, That's correct. Apart from Bio metrics and Passport, other services are open. This is only a stage 1 resuming of their services. We need to make an appointment to give bio metrics. Don't just walk in directly. We need to wait some more time.

Is it possible to get PR without biometrics? Correct me if I’m wrong, but the biometrics requirements has been introduced only the last year.

there must be so many applications stuck because of biometrics, wouldn’t be more efficient to relax this requirement until they can process appointments?
