Hi,Hello Everyone,
I have received my ITA on Match 23rd.
Medicals done: April 7th 2020.
AOR: April 10th 2020.
Please let's stay updated with any news moving forward.
PS: I was in the same boat running around trying to find Medical appointments, but they're now open. Leave a note with the clinic and they will call you back once they have the go from immigration to get you in for an exam.
Anyone has their AOR as well?
Ottawa, Bank Street clinicHi,
Which location did you book an appointment for medical?
Well you answered it for yourself. I turned 18 here in Canada, did not submit PCC.Hi there,
I have a quick question. I came to Canada 4 days after I turned 18. I got the ITA on March 23rd and in the document checklist, it did not ask for the PCC from my home country. I was reading on the IRCC's website and came across this.
You must include police certificates when you apply for permanent residence.
Our online system will ask for a police certificate for:
You don’t need to give us police certificates for any period of time before you were 18 years old or for time spent in Canada.
- you and your family members who are 18 years or older
- and
- every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row
After you apply, an officer may ask for additional police certificates from any time in your life since you were 18 years old.
Correct me if I am interpreting it wrong but Since I am living in Canada, I won't need PCC for my stay in Canada and Because I moved to Canada 4 days after I turned 18 and didn't stay in my home country for 6months or more after my 18th birthday, the system doesn't require me to submit PCC from my home country as well. Kindly let me know if I am wrong. Big Thanks.
Hi friend,Well you answered it for yourself. I turned 18 here in Canada, did not submit PCC.
I am sorry, I have no idea.Hi friend,
Another stupid question, i went to college for 3 years (advance diploma) and selected " Bachelors Degree (Three or more year program at college, university, trade or technical school) for my highest level of education. Although its not a degree program but its still a three year program. Can you please confirm that I have selected the right option for my highest level of education. Actually, people have told me so many things that i am little confused now. thanks for your help.

Yeah I got it too from same clinic. But I dont have a digital photo with me. What shall I do? All shops are closedOne more update. I just got a confirmation email about appointment for April 15th. It is from visadoctor.ca. Even earlier than previous posted. so good news they are still in business. So if anyone was trying to get appointment, try with them. Good luck.
