I ordered June 10th but it shows the last update on file being July 2nd at 1pm ( when the officer changed my eligibility to recommend passed).
So maybe GCMS notes are not 1 month old afterall....................

Quick update, I ordered the GCMS notes on the 6th of July and surprisingly I received them after a week i.e. 12th July. Positive news about Vancouver VO, they have finally started working on the PR files. My eligibility is changed to "Recommended Pass" on 30th June. Looks like after February someone has opened my file now.
Current Stats:
Eligibility: Recommended Pass
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

got another ghost update over the weekend so i called them today to find out if there was an update. Same status- all stages passed waiting on final decision. portal- in progress. No email yet.
