I couldn’t find any applications processed by Vancouver office after Jan 1st 2021

I heard from a few applicants got their Copr in VO Vancouver,such as AOR Jan 22nd and Feb 22nd that they got pr on end of Apr.Most of us stucked in criminality and security.
Vancouver VO well known for its fast processing .may be its our luck that it’s slow.I just called IRCC today as it’s been four months but they say they work on security check.eligibility not started.
I read in forums that security check which is part of background check always starts after eligibility done.
I don’t know wats going on .it frustrating as my dependents are in home country.

I received my e-COPR today and I have been reading the threads here and they have been very helpful. I just wanted to share my timeline incase it helps someone or encourages someone here.
ITA: Nov 18, 2020
AOR: Jan 19, 2021
MEP: Feb 09, 2021
BIL: Feb 15, 2021
Additional Document Request: March 31, 2021
GU: May 21, 2021 The status showed "Application/Profile updated" when I logged in to my CIC account
Under the Review of Additional Documents it said "Not Applicable"
Background Check changed to "We are processing your background Check"
First Portal Email: May 24, 2021: Received an email from OSC Ottawa Virtual Landing Unit asking to confirm the email, UCI, Date of Entry etc.
PR Confirmation Portal Credentials Email: May 28, 2021
eCOPR: June 02, 2021
I think my VO was Ottawa however I did not get GCMS notes or call IRCC.
I have one dependent as well.
I'd like to encourage everyone that your file is being processed don't worry if you do not hear anything for some time, trust that it is moving along, be patient. I wish you all All the best.

Agent told me same thing.security check is going on .nothing else.I dint order gcms yet as I know things would be bit late .even my dependents are in home country.
So Frustrating, I can't understand how that happens... No just me but I applied same day as you
VO Vancouver is issuing COPRs to November 2020 and December 2020 AORs. I read those threads on this discussion board.
They had the same status, Criminality in Process, and rest not started until 4 months from the AOR, and in the 5th month, they saw some progress.
To all fellows whose files are in VO Vancouver, we are almost there guys, and we should see our Eligibility process started around the end of June and followed by COPR around the end of July.
At most 3 months to go. Good Luck!

I also received ITA on Nov 18 and AOR jan 17
But have not seen any update after my biometric was done on Feb 18. Even my medical is not been updated even though i submitted upfront.
I try calling IRCC everytime they say agents are busy try back later even though i tried at different times of the day.
please help how to contact IRCC. Is there any other no except 1-800-242-2100 or this is the only no.
