i received my email on Monday night (Feb 15th 2021)
Firstly, I didn’t think they would work on Monday on Family Day (holiday) or after hours (I received my email around 8:30pm ).
Secondly, the email was received on Feb 15th 2021 but on my account it showed medical passed & ADR Feb 16th 2021 (which was the day in advance)

Hi experts,

I got a request to submit 2 things: one is the biometric fee receipt due next week, and another is the RCMP criminal check due by April. Haven’t received the RCMP yet. Is it possible to upload the biometric receipt first, click Next, sign off on my name and send to IRCC before uploading RCMP? Will the slot for the RCMP upload disappear when I do this? Feels like I have no choice but to send biometric before deadline runs out since the RCMP check isn’t available yet.

My AOR - Jan 16, 2021.. Medical passed on 09-Feb-2021.. but still waiting for biometric request letter.. but for my wife, it got updated once my medical passed (my wife already gave biometrics 2 yrs before).. any guess for the delay of BIL for me alone?
