I just called IRCC and as per the agent, I have passed all the stages and just waiting for the final decision. I assume that it is a good sign and shall be getting my e-copr soon.

My VO changed from Vancouver to Yellowknife last week.

because he said his file was moved from Vancouver VO to Yellowknife VO

I think it likely got transferred afterwards. Mine moved to Sydney CIO after passing everything at Yellowknife.
