They recently started transferring files to other offices, probably has a huge backlog, you might wanna call again to see if yours has been transferred.

I got ITA on 7th January 2021 draw and submitted my applicaion on 11th January 2021 as I already had all the documents ready hence was able to submit quickly, I received AOR on the same date 11th January.

Calling would be fastest but it can be hard to get through, getting gcms notes would give you more details but takes about a month

I was recently asked to submit IMM 5604 - Additional Family Information. I don’t remember if I was asked this information when I submitted my documents. I guess they’ve started to process my application then.

Yes, they have started processing your application. I got same request on March 3rd and then I got COPR on June 22nd (1 month wasted in RCMP fingerprints results). My ITA is 21st Jan, AOR is 23rd Feb.

IRCC requested the same document from me on February 16 and I submitted it.
But still nothing. It’s been more than five months now......
