Thanks
@legalfalcon, requesting your assistance/comments for my case.
I am looking to know/understand better if i should provide any additional documents or webform etc, please help:
1. All my employment with single company, but at different locations( (India- Chennai, Hyderabad, US - Ohio, IL, Canada) & with different designations. In my application, i mentioned same hence multiple entries for employment records [Designation, Location wise]. For each of the employment record, i have submitted a LOE stating that my employer provided a consolidated letter which demonstrates my job duties across locations & designations. The letter clearly states Designation, Location wise timelines , job duties and my salary details.
I have not provided any pay stubs/tax forms as part of my employment records.
2. Here is my GCMS notes -
ANALYST RECOMMENDATION - Review Required; Summary Notes - A11.2: Review Required; R87.1 CEC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Appears Met; RPRF: Complete; Later at the conclusion notes -
REVIEW REQUIRED CRS Foreign Work: 3+ years.
3. Analyst notes were on 06/22, later on 08/06,
i on my own submitted a webform with the below details
Dear Officer,
This is regarding my Permanent Residency application (Application number XXXX with AOR of Jan 14th, 2021), I am here by providing the below additional details that demonstrate employment records with my employer ‘YYYY’ across multiple geographical locations (India, US and currently Canada):
• Form 16s (Details of Salary Paid & Income Tax Deducted at Source) for the period of my India location employment i.e., Sep 2007 to Feb 2016.
• W2 Forms (with Earnings Summary, Federal and State Taxes) for the period of my US location employment i.e., Feb 2016 to Jun 2019.
• T4 Forms (Remuneration paid & income taxes deducted) for my current employment in Canada i.e., Jun 2019 to Till Date.

4. On 09/13, i received GCMS notes that was generated on 08/20. Looks no one looked at my webform as there are no notes from analyst/officer after 06/22.
