I got connected to them but they are not giving any information regarding your applications now. They are saying they are not authorized now because they are focusing only on afghan refugees. Just sit and wait, no other option

Probably some magic math to keep their processing times average to 6 months and meet their targets so they don't get fired or something. Like giving people from March 2021 COPR in 3 months because people from September 2020 etc had been waiting 9 months so the average becomes 6.
That's the only reason I could think of for such schizo behaviour
The processing time is the estimate completion of "Most" of the applications received during that time period. It is supposed to update today and it will show February 2021 applications for sure although many January 2021 applications are left.

if yes how July 2021 got already in less then a month. I know a person who got approval in less than a month
