Mine is 13 Aug … i got an update to provide residential address and then again long silence from one month !!!
Did you get the portal email and GCKEY update at the same time? I've got GCKEY update to provide UCI and Port of Entry but so far no email
I spoke to the agent, they asked me to send an email directly with UCI and port of entry etc. Sent an email on Thursday and now I got the Portal Credentials today.

Received portal email (PR Confirmation) around noon EST hours today. Responded in an hour or so.
Received Portal credentials around 315 PM EST. Responded evening hours with photo and address.
Case currently status shows 'In review with IRCC'
