Approval email- Nov 11th - Informed same day that I am not in Canada.

Nov 17th- Back in Canada and informed IRCC

Nov 17 th — Got same day portal credentials email and submitted photo and confirmed address

Nov 18 th— ECOPR(Calgary) and PR card application process started.

Dec 15th— First GU — PR CARD

Dec 20th - Second GU —- Approved and mailed.

Dec 22nd — Received all 3 PR cards from Sydney.

I would recommend RCMP PCC which is taking 8 weeks nowadays as we submitted upfront, but you don't know they might ask anytime which may further delay the process.

yes it takes time but not sure why Ottawa Commissionaires (as i am residing in Ottawa) website says like this "Commissionaires is accredited by the RCMP to take your photo, capture fingerprints and submit them directly to the Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) for processing. If no criminal record is present, results take 72 hours or less."

Congrats again . @Kirlosker can you please tell me how were you able to change your bank address to a diff province by being in your home country? Is any proof needed by bank ? Did you also show the billing cycle or credit card bill issued against the new address?

@nitwooff Bank does not any proof. you simple login and change the bank address. Took a snapshot and attached along with PFL response.
