i only have canadian experience and 1 inland dependant , i try to call ircc but due to afghan crisis they are not providing any information

aor 5 and it was updated after one month

our too it was updated after 40 days but please provide update if you heard anything from cic yes they are not providing any info on phone our case is little bit different than you because of overseas experience but you we have aor in same month.

Medical passed: Sept 23
Biometric Letter: Sept 22 (submitted and updated on Sept 24)
GU1: Sept 24- this is when the biometric was added

BG: We are processing...

I recently changed jobs- from a job in Quebec to another that is based in Ontario. Do I need to update the CIC of this change? If so, what information should I provide them?

Yes, inform them about the change and if you haven't moved from Quebec yet this is the right time to do it.

reach out to your local congressmen, prime minister email, minister of IRCC office and make noise.
People did the exact same thing in New Zealand and it worked. sitting and waiting is not gonna cut it.
