My AOR Aug 18. BG is processing from 1st Oct. No updates.

My medical was passed on 28 th september and then it went to you dont need medical exam . Again on 20th October it came up medical result passed . Why is this happening ? Is it normal ?

Oh wow...sounds like a good sign, keep us posted! Those of us with old medicals seem to have a different process.

While submitting Employment Records, I submitted a pdf including Employment Letter and Paystubs for the last 6 months, because their website mentioned only those 2. Can I submit T4 and NOA through webform if I have to?

Your application will be strong if you submit T4 and NOA as well.

I have submitted my T4s as well. NOA physical copy is lying somewhere... Trouble is that electronic copy from CRA site look too fake.

It is always better to submit ALL T4 and NOAs as proof of work experience.
T4 and NOA can be downloaded (print to pdf) from CRA

If you submitting using webform, you need to mention proper explanation why you missed it while submit the application.

The PDF version is "generated". It always looks suspiciously fake to me. In comparison my T4 and payslips carry my employer's seal.

PDF version coming out of CRA website is genuine. Many people uploaded the same and got the PR.
