Did you mean Oct 4th? Last time you said Old Medical Feb 2020 passed on Oct 4th? Did anything change after that.
Also how many GUs you have seen? I think by now it should be 2 as you had a GU last time as well.

5 year experience from back home just curious how my status is in process from one week after submission i am checking everyday before passed my medical i was having status reviewing and processing may be they updated my medical later

I heard that the background status would change from processing to progress. It will be good sign. Hope we will get soon.
