I am having problems to access my profile since last week after I got a GU, I have submitted a e-form about technical problem yesterday but no reply yet. Aor aug 21. Any suggestions about the best way to know if there is update in my profile? Didn’t receive any email except from a GU email sep.21. Any help is much appreciated!! Thanks!

I feel like if I log in using private mode and on my laptop, I can easily log in but on my cellphone it’s impossible. Just keep re trying and you will get in. The website has been giving ppl good grief.
