I believe you need to wait. I have given my BIL today morning. It got updated by afternoon and its showing Action required . By Evening the status moved back to Submitted Status.

So My wife has the old one and I got the new one. she had 1 yr old medical.

if the uci is the same as your visa, it means it has been updated. The temporary uci for ee application starts with CAN

I was wondering what says under you medical exam. I also used an old medical from 2019, under my medical says “You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes”, does your say something similar?

Yup - mine still says the same for medical "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."

I did notice that it lists my UCI number now instead of the "CANXXXXXX" number - but I don't know when that actually changed.

FYI - I called IRCC like 10 mins ago via TextApp. Got connected in ~20 mins & agent was REALLY nice to answer all my questions.
