We did our medical exam, early in July, right after receiving the ITA. I have 4 dependents in my application (wife and 3 kids). Do you have any in your application?

I have 3 dependent (spouse and 2kids)

I think it will be okay
The most important thing is letter of employment and T4

Yes, payslips are supplementary documents and not mandatory. Good to include but not necessary. An employment letter is a must and it's best to include T4 and NOA.

Yes, attach with LOE and upload to client information section.

Read the requirements of that policy to see if you can use the same medical results.
