may be your medical is old thats getting time to updated but background check start processing it happen with us mine medical was new but not updated but processing was start dont know how they process.

yes thts y i submitted old medical , one of friend got AOR on 13 th august and got two ghost emails in sept and nov 9th medical updated and got portal req on nov 10th(old medical)
