My upfront medical was done in December 2019 as part of my work permit application. Do I need to again submit upfront medical exam or I can use the same from 2019? ( I am in Canada from Feb 2020 & received ITA under CEC)

You can use old medical.i also submitted 2019 medical.

But my question is that in post ita i wrote 14000 fund i will bring to canada but in financial support document i have 7700 only is that ok ? ?

Any specific reason you didn't add the supporting documents for the declared fund. Otherwise you could have just added an LOE or declared fund as zero being a CEC applicant.

I am using latest medical whereas for my dependants, old medical from 2018.

How everyone is provoding digital photos? By getting clicked at staples etc or scan passport photo at home & resize it as per requirements on their own? Thanks

Both ways are good
You can even click photo from your cellphone and resize it with white background

For CEC you don’t need to show any financial documents. Just upload a letter stating that you are applying under CEC program.
