Is anyone still waiting with AOR Aug 2021? My AOR is 17 Aug 2021 and no update after medical. As per the MP, the inquiry file has been transferred to Montreal due to statutory questions.

You are in the stage called "Review Required" in eligibility pass part. Mine was the same back in december.. Though it passed somewhere in Mid of december. Now it is stuck in review required for RCMP PCC I guess.... Fucked up immigration system.

And what is the meaning of due to statutory questions - because of my wife outland dependent had one previous sowp refusal? Because I mentioned the same in PR statutory questions.

My AoR is 26th Sep. VO at that point was Ottawa. Now it is Deadmonton.
I also answered yes to a few statutory question.

I was required to submit a RCMP Criminal Record Check for my wife (I got the letter on December 14th). After submitting this document, my application is waiting this to be reviewed by some darn stupid VO to review my criminality and pass it. Its like review required -- only this time its for criminality and document is RCMP Criminal Record Check. Fuck IRCC!

Once you get an AoR, most of your stuff is locked. Leaving the extreme things like loss of job or death or divorce.

That's my understanding, I think it might roll out to other paths later. But right now it's only being implemented for families.
