Hey guys

I’m starting to worry about my PR application, and I don’t know what to do.
I’m applying inland. I was living in Quebec when I started my process, but six months ago, I moved to Ontario.

My timeline is

ITA: February 13th, 2021
AOR: February 22rd 2021
Medical approved: March 10th, 2021
Biometrics: March 12th, 2021
Request Letter: March 14th, 2021

(I’m from Mexico, so to request my criminal records, I needed that letter)

I submitted my documents to the criminal record on March 19th
And that’s it. I haven’t had any other updates ever since.

The only thing I got was on Nov 2nd, an email saying that even though I haven’t heard anything from them, they are still working that if anything is required that they contact me on my email.
I ordered my GSMC notes on September 16th, but I haven’t gotten them yet.

So I don’t know what else to do. I have a bridging open work permit that is expiring early next year. So, Should I wait? Or apply for a new one? I don’t even know if a BOWP can be extended.

Try contacting your local MP, I think it helped push things in my case but I'm not sure.

For BOWP, when did you apply for it and how long did it take to have it accepted? Thanks and good luck.

Good news finally. I've just received the portal email (just after 4pm). I replied with all of my information. I hope things will go smoothly for all of us. Don't lose hope!

Congratulations!! I applied on 22nd feb 2021. but dint get PPR yet. My eligibility is under review required stage since April 2021.

Of course, something has to go wrong...

They have sent me the credentials email but the username/password combination is "incorrect." In other words, I cannot log in, upload my photo and confirm my address. Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Lol I guess I was too traumatized to realize the trailing comma after what seemed to be the complete temporary password is actually part of the temporary password

I could log in, change my password, sign the declaration, update my address, and upload a photo. Waiting for my PR card now.

Finally received my GCMS notes from October 15th! Looks like my application has been approved since September. Still waiting on portal email though AOR Feb 27th

IRCC. I've been emailling them every single day since the 15th November asking where my notes are. I got one response on the 22nd saying that they had marked my request as priority; then one a week ago saying that they would arrive "shortly"... I'm not quite sure i consider 7 days as "shortly" but hey ho.

Just sent, can't hurt to try, I expect I'll get the usual automated email telling me i'm no-ones priority and to go away and that i'll be ignored!

Wow, that worked for me! They sent me portal credentials last night and submitted. Now just waiting for COPR
