Thank you!!! My local Visa office is Vancouver. When I called IRCC few weeks ago, my application was in Montreal. Both portal email and COPR were issued by Vancouver

Thank you~~~ I only see "application/profile updated" twice during weekend. Not sure if it is system error or something. Few weeks ago I called IRCC and the agent told me eligibility hasn't started yet and background check was still processing. That's how I know my file was in Montreal office.

I think most of us who are waiting for portal email and all stages passed are Ontario residents and our file processed outside Ontario....!!

Sometime i had to try 3,4 time, but try tomorrow around 2pm EST.

I normally call around 8 am and the wait time was 5 mins
