Hey guys!
After a long period of anxiety, I got my portal email today.
My AOR is Feb 24 and my VO is Montreal.
Currently, I hold a WP and I'm under CEC.
So, since March 10th (medical passed), no updates on my profile.
I don't need biometrics.
It was a background check and eligibility for months without any updates.
But this morning got the portal email.

Medical Passed: March 8
No update since then.
Tried calling IRCC on 1-888-242-2100 many times. It always goes to automated messaging and it just reads out the status that I see in my IRCC account.
I am not sure in which VO it is being processed. Can someone help me with how to get additional information about my application?
PS: I am in Montreal on WP.

It's even better news because my visa office is also in Montreal. My Eligibility is not even started yet but it's a great. Slooooowly they are working.
Congratulations!! I have same timeline and same Montreal office. but my AOR is Feb 23 ,2021, nothing started yet. Hoping to hear soon .
Yes. It was the same case for me. My eligibility didn't start and only background check once I called IRCC one and half week ago. There is hope guys! I'll be cheering for you!

Additional documents requested: July 13.
Additional documents: changed to not applicable on July 16

Today I called IRCC. My security status changed to in progress. I hope to get the portal email soon.
Did you get any ghost update as and when security status changed to in progress ?
