"Sincerely,

So I guess my VO is vancouver.

Now awaiting for physical PR cards to arrive

Not sure where that is written on notes. RROC is the latest note and says FINDEC: Approved. Status : general

Seems everything is passed and now need to wait for Security. Not sure how long that will take. Its been already a month.

Actually, everything is approved/passed for you as per the gcms notes you shared. you would just need to wait to receive an email from ircc on official confirmation of pr.

The agent I spoke with said the only thing holding the application is security

did you ever had this BG status "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check" ?
Not sure as I was not checking it everyday. But currently it says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
