I couldn't wait until tomorrow :) Had to make an appointment today :p

Hey everyone ,

Can anyone give the answer of this question that if we submitted our file in the pool 2 months before completing 1 year of Canadian experience but got ITa after completing 1 year , what should i do accept the invitation or not?

Also , how visa officer will count CEC experience like will they start counting it from the day I got ITA/ AOR

or when I submitted my file in the pool?

Any Feb 12 AOR with dependents? Inland CEC? Did you got any updates, MEP, medical or bio?

I can see here that some candidates with AOR from Feb 10 or 11 already passed medicals. So you should be close.

Yes, I just checked, medical and Bio passed, they are asking for RCMP, is there an issue?

Honestly, I couldn't tell. Could be just a random additional check... They didn't ask me for RCMP. I gave my biometrics today, it updated automatically in my account, and nothing more since then. Maybe someone with more experience could help you with that.

As per my research, it is totally random and based on the criminality issues. When they entered your name in their system chances are high that there might be someone with same name/DOB as your name having criminality record. Just to verify that you're a different person they need your fingerprints to be submitted. I have seen that previously (2017-2018) almost 60-70% applicants were asked for RCMP which have been reduced now but its totally fine and no need to worry about it.

Hey, do you know if there is an email notification for "medical passed" and "background check started" or I need to keep asking my representative to check my account? I've got my aor on Feb 18, but nothing has changed yet.
