CEC Applicant - Marriage Docs ( Pakistan)

I changed her CNIC. So my Pakistan address and husband name on it. If they ask, I will give them but I did this after submitting my application. Again they don't ask for CNIC. I get her police certificate on her old address before I changed her CNIC.
There is no address on her Passport. There is a father name on her Passport and not mine. Again she had her passport before the marriage which is still valid. Doesn't matter my name on it. Most of the countries doesn't even print husband name on passport.

Yeah. I just want to make sure that they don’t reject the application.
we got rejection previously for visit visa and then SOWP.
In both applications I mentioned that we didnt get long time to live together. In SOWP one of the reason was proof of relationship and we don’t know why was that because we showed all the documents..
this is why we are a bit worried.
have you written anything in the Letter of explanation related to your marriage?
and did you show funds? As it is not required under CEC..

Visit visa is always risky. The intension is the issue there. They know you husband lives in Canada and you might not want to go back so getting refused for Visit visa make sense.

For SOWP I am not sure about the reason. Many people go back home and get married. We have an arrange marriage system. They know about it. My and my wife also didn't really get a chance to live together. I went there got married and came back after 16 days. They might have told you the reason?

No I did not write any letter of explanation. If they will ask, I will explain them. If they need any kind of proof or anything, they will contact before taking any decision.

Yes for CEC funds are not required but I did showed funds. I think it's good. It will be a positive impact. I am sure they don't want anyone to leave the country with big money.

AOR: 7th of February 2021
Wife Biometric Request: 3rd of March 2021. I was exempt because I already give my fingerprints when I applied for work permit.

In Canada it's different. They just give you available funds statement. It wasn't required so I didn't really focused much on it.
