Do you have one year experience?XH said:Hi guys,
can I get one year cec work experience if i am working in two different NOC code jobs
( B category)? I register with express entry but it shows that i am not eligible yet...
if that counts, my point is 412
Yes they started working on feb and marchdukhi said:When did they started working Feb'14 or March'14??
What i understand that if you are eligible for FSW and CEC, you will be under CEC...also remember rules are same....its just the system has changed....you have to make sure that you maintain the CEC rule regardless of what the system say... i guess it will be safer to be under CEC than FSW....dukhi said:May be they might be eligible for FSW?? Because EE system doesnt take exact dates so if you say i started working in Feb'14 the system will count the months from FEB'14 to JAN'15 which is 12 months so it doesnt look at the exact dates....I have the same issue but i am not sure what can i do about it...Since i am also eligible for FSW right now regardless of they give me one year experience for CEC or not...
If two jobs counts then I have one year experience at the end of jan. one year work experience has to be in the same NOC?dukhi said:Do you have one year experience?
Yes but perhaps in a case like mine its a system flaw, where they havent taken into consideration exact dates....curious_123 said:What i understand that if you are eligible for FSW and CEC, you will be under CEC...also remember rules are same....its just the system has changed....you have to make sure that you maintain the CEC rule regardless of what the system say... i guess it will be safer to be under CEC than FSW....

My company pays me Bi weekly firstly and secondly, i dont have any count of the pay cheques unfortunately. The only thing that i have is a reference letter from my company which correctly and clearly says i started working on 10th Feb 2014 for them.curious_123 said:How many paycheck you have? 52?
What i understand is that you should work for 52 weeks ... i dont think so you will have 52 weeks before 10th Feb....dukhi said:My company pays me Bi weekly firstly and secondly, i dont have any count of the pay cheques unfortunately. It will happen next week my friend ...There will be 15-25 draws approximately during the year. Draws will have place every two weeks, however, with CIC you never know .rubyracer said:Any idea when the Jan draw will happen? What is cut off date. I have applied for ECA and waiting for it to complete
