I am CEC applicant, but currently outside of canada ..doest that matter ,is it enough to get a pr as cec considering todays trends?

Do you think we are mind readers? how can anyone answer that question when the only information you provided is that you live outside of Canada.

Hey, I just got the ITA and I'm qualified for both CEC and FSW. I'm also residing outside of Canada. If your CRS is higher than 455 or the tie-break rule doesn't apply to you, you should expect your ITA within 24 hours. Good luck!
