CEC - Anyone there who got ITA based on ICT (job offer 50 points) - 49th draw?

I hope, at least one might have got invitation based on inland ICT work permit by claiming 50 points from recent EE system changes during 49th draw.

if you are invited, what are the documents that they are requesting to show 1 year offer after PR given, as per the Nov 19 rules? please let us know.

Please note that your experience will help future draw EE candidates. Thanks in advance.
 
Hi Sairam1,

I got the invitation from yesterday ITA draw and I have applied with ICT work permit and got 50 points. I still haven't looked into the checklist tool in CIC profile yet but I am planning to submit offer letter on company letterhead signed from the HR team. Also I have work permit valid for another year with same company name mentioned in the permit and it mentions Intra Company Transfer. I will keep you posted once I have gone through the checklist and uploaded the documents.

The most difficult part is getting a offer of Employment (from a big organization) stating company will retain for 1 year after PR. 99% company won't give such letter unless its a small company where you know HR OR HR/Company is ready to bend company policy to issue such letters.

We need to see if we can submit some other letters which is already been issued by the company which can be used as a work around with LOE.

Experts, Do we need to provide separate letter for Offer and Reference Letter if working for the same employer on ICT? Does cic has any specific format it expects these letters to be in? My NOC is 2174.

Is your application accepted? and did cic accept offer letter as proof of valid job offer?
 
its quite clear that work permit is not same as job offer letter , if you read the details in the conditions around claiming 50 points.
 
Hi Folks,

My score is 382 and my company is ready to process ICT work permit as they have an office in Toronto. They will be processing my application showing I have a Specialised Knowledge.

My company is also ready to support PR application through Express Entry CEC stream after me spending 1 year on ICT work permit.

In this case will my company have to go through LMIA ?
