CEC 2019 - PCC and Medical for Spouse in Saudi Arabia

Hi all,

I got ADR for adding spouse. She is working in Saudi. I was wondering how can she get PCC and medical from Saudi Arabia. Is there any BLS in Saudi, where we can get PCC from India and Saudi.?

Any advise?
