Just got MR request. I am Sep 15 applicant.

I was in second review since the officer was not satisfied with my NOC supporting.

In my opinion if Officer is not satisfied with our documents, we need to send them additional docs.

First I sent them my job change document ( I didn't inform CIC when I changed my job in last summer )

later I send them additional documents which support my NOC (2172) i.e my LMO documents ( I came to Canada through LMO). CIC never asked for anything.

Although I sent those documents with my initial package but it was not showing anywhere in the notes so I send them again my LMO documents which support my NOC.

Finally today I got MR request.

You are the best judge of your application, If you think some additional document would help Officer to take decision in your favour, pls forward them.

I Second that, Do not wait if you see some serious concerns in GCMS notes from Officer. You should send additional documents or evidences to proof your case strong even if they are not asking. Its good to send at least in my case I did that and they did not ask me anything after their concerns has been fulfilled. After that I just got my next stage request.

Man my due date was Feb 4 and file had gone for 'CEC OFF REV' on Jan 23 but i have not heard anything up till today, so not sure.

But all cases are different and hey fingers crossed

Glad people are getting the application processed way faster now.I have a question regarding my application.I was on second review I just got my notes:

"Officer Review: FOSs/GCMS NAI. Having reviewed employment letters and PA's work history and foss history and noa, I am satisfied that PA is performing the declare duties.
Eligibility Passed.All required certificate on file.No concerns.No indication of concern on file.RCMP checks re-initiated Med Passed[/b] ".

Our family went out for holiday last December.

my question:

How long RCMP takes?
They are checking because we left the country and would I require Another PCC?

I was on second review because my work duties were very similar to NOC website.

Any idea how long it will get passport request?

ther is missed address for 2 years, CPC requested for updated schedule A, sent updated one on 20th of Feb.
(From notes I came to know there is a concern on my LOE obtained from abroad, so sent an updated LOE from Canada branch on same day)
my ECAS added with 2 lines inserted,

4.We sent you correspondence on March 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.---> PCC from home country

shows 6 lines from last Saturday.
Is it positive sign?
