CBSE intermediate attested documents for ECA from WES CANADA

Hello Respected Members,

I am applying for Equivalency from WES.
My situation is unique as I am based in Dubai. I have done my schooling from CBSE board(till my 12th) and then completed my bachelors from Pakistani university.
Due to this, WES has asked my highly secondary documents to be sent to WES directly from CBSE.
I do not know anyone in India and my school is not cooperating to request CBSE to send my 12th documents to WES CANADA.
I tried reaching out CBSE but they are not responding as well.

I would highly appreciate if someone can guide me how I can request CBSE to send my attested 12th documents to WES CANADA.
