CBSA report - requires another 90 days

Hi guys, I've just received my cbsa report, which is more like a letter stating that they new another 90 days. Does anyone knows about this? What could possibly be going wrong?

I already had a letter but it was 30 days delaying, sometimes when they invlove third part agencies they do that, keep patient
