Hello guys,
I passed the test and had an interview with the cic officer on Feb 8th 2014 in Mississauga. During the interview, the officer pointed out several same day return trips (go and come back in the same day) to US by bus and some of international trips (by air) as some of return/exit stamps were missing. He finally required me to submit evidence for my residence in Canada (He gave me CIT0520 sheet- request for documentary evidence of residence in Canada) and told me that he will contact CBSA for exit/entry history. On Feb 10th 2014, I sent a copy of my boarding passes (I collected most of my boarding passes) but not for the same day return trips to US as I took a bus provided by travel agency.
It has been 8 weeks since I took the test and I don't hear anything back from them. I heard that requesting CBSA for entry history takes about a month.
Have anyone had similar experiences? Any advice/opinion would be appreciated.
