Categorising Volunteer/ Unpaid charity work

I’ve worked unpaid with a charity org, how to categorise it??? Organisation or employment?? Bcz the time duration mentioned in organisation doesn’t cover 10 year period

I have an international travel linked to this organisation too.

We know it would come under personal history but the headers under personal history is : employment, organization, educational activity and another. There is nothing for volunteer. What’s the best one to out the volunteer under in personal history?

Doesn't really matter, but you can choose either employment or other. They don't usually ask for any proof for anything in personal history.

But what is the tab organisation used for?? I want to make sure I classify it correctly.
