Hi Folks,
I am moving to Canada end of May, 2021.

Currently, I am on a project till end of December. My Priority Date is Dec 2015 in EB3 and looking at the trend if the filing dates becomes current in September visa bulletin then I will be eligible to file AOS I-485.

In the current situation getting visa appointment/ approval is tough.

Below are my questions.

Can I make a half day trip (on the weekend) to US every month with my wife (H4) and USC kids just to avoid visa stamping till September bulletin? If yes, then
Should I be aware of any restrictions?
Can I cross the border in my personal car? I'm importing my car into Canada.
Does my employer need to run my payroll and deduct US taxes while I reside in Canada?
Does crossing border every month will cause any issues while filing I-485?

Side note: My current plan is to open a company in Canada, and my US employer will pay to my company in Canada. (Sub-contracting).

Many thanks in advance.

why don't you stay in US for four more months and see how things go in October bulletin? why rushing to move May end? your plan of taking family every weekend will not work as H4 holders are not allowed to commute.. also border is open only for essential travels, so not sure how you will be able to justify your entries.. like what will you tell CBP as purpose of visiting US with whole family?
