Hi I have 3 years of experience. Last two years i have all details but the 1st year i got cash salary. I tried contacting my old office they agreed to give salary certificate and reference letter but I dont have cash slips. Will these documents alone be good enough?

An employment reference letter is good enough. You can attach your payslips/paystubs/cashslips to it when you upload. If IRCC has concerns, they'll either verify your employment by contacting the employer (very rare) or they'll send you an additional document request (not as common, but happens if they doubt you).
