Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
i have been offered $7.50 cash job for 2 months as training, then $11.00 SIN starting 3rd month.

is this allowed? should i say NO?

Every province has different minimum wages. in BC it should be $10.25.

If you are working legally with permits, you should consider asking for the minimum wage.

Hope that helps.

The $7.50 for 2 months of training will be illegal work if you take it.

Illegal. If you have any proof of this offer, I suggest you report the employer.

no proof, if i knew about this, i would have voice recorded it in my phone.

another job slipped out of my hands. :'(

another verification.

so the training should be paid by SIN, even minimum wage is fine? correct?

I'm not sure what you mean by "paid by SIN". If you are asking if it has to be reported to revenue Canada and attached to your SIN when it's paid - then yes. If it isn't - then you're working illegally because your wage isn't being reported.

ok then, i will inform the employer at subway if he is willing to give me min wage and report the salary to cra (even in training). if not. screw it, not risking anything.
