Dear Vensak
yes, you are right.
all i could do regarding the matter just send an email to CANADA embassy before the 30 days deadline that the embassy gave to me to support my application and still no reply at all. now i don't know if they take any action /report the case to CANADA immigration or ... to care about it.
and i don't even know that my quest have any result or Not.
Thanks to you all.
1. From your posts, it does not seem like your wife has grounds to claim asylum.
2. She has committed misrepresentation by claiming to be unmarried/single. If she is banned/deported for misrepresentation, it could affect your chances of getting another visa.
3. This is probably the harshest truth: She has denied your existence in her life in her quest for a better life in Canada. Sorry to say this.
4. She has probably been contacting you because you are her Plan B. In case her refugee claim is refused, she probably wants to come back to you. If her refugee claim is accepted (and that's a big IF), she would probably stop communicating with you.
5. My advice: Do seek legal advice for any documents/communication with IRCC because her actions will affect you as well
