I applied on 15th July in SDS category.
On 23rd July I got a Medical Request despite giving upfront Medical on 10th July ( also attached a clear scanned image of my e-medical form with my application)
However i kept on waiting for my medical to be updated.
I called IRCC on 28th August to check up on my application and I got the client support agent to attach my medical results with my application file and send a message to the Visa Officer.
Upon further inquiry i got to know that my Eligibility is passed and Background check is complete since the 22nd of July.
And the Agents wont send another message to the Visa Officer.
Also webforms dont help.
What can i do in this situation ?
