Its been 52 days since my parents applied for TRV. No response to enquiry. Is it advisable to send email to embassy?
Processing time in India is 37 days.

If you've sent a CSE then you'll have to wait. It could take up to 30 days to get a response.

If your parents need to travel urgently then you can submit their flight tickets and request for an expedited decision.

The processing times stated on the IRCC website are only estimates
