Case Specific Enquiry - Automated e-mail

Hello,
I have previously submitted two case specific enquiries to my VO and each time, I received the automated response acknowledging that my message was delivered successfully. But not this time.
I sent the same e-mail twice yesterday and although I was redirected to that page that says my message has been sent, I didn't get the e-mail. Is it normal?

Any ideas of what it could be? Is there some sort of queue?

Who knows. My first email to Moscow had no automated email, so I never knew it existed. So roughly 1 month after sending it I got annoyed so sent another request (also with new info, to change my wifes number + ask again if they received the damn file at least). When I sent the other request, I got an automated email this time. Something tells me if you didn't receive the automated email, then you won't get a reply, but who knows.

Moscow won't reply to anything >.>
