case rejected ......help me plz

so friends last sunday there was Decision Made in my ecase.and today I got a letter from ndvo stating that my case is rejected.
Immigration officer awarded me 65 points by reducing 5 points of my close relative.
on 22 feb,they asked me to submit POF and proof of residency of my sister.I sent student loan statement,official receipt of income tax purpose,child care benefit statement as the evidence of her residency.
but immigration officer is not setisfied with this.
plz tell how should I appeal against the decision?

Besides these documents what else had u submitted regarding ur sister's PR ?

sorry but the POF and residency proof u provided are not enough to suffice visa officer's doubts...

u need to provide evidence that your listed relative physically resides in Canada, this may include copies of:
1.lease agreements
2.The most recent Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue agency
3.An employer's letter confirming employment
4.monthly bills,etc.
5.credit card invoices and bank statement of ur relative for past 6 months

You can write a letter to them straightaway, providing the above docs asap

I also doubt at this point time they will consider additional documents, still check with some seniors like qorax, pmm, they will guide you better,
Brotherly advise is to keep the new file ready for MI5, and fulfill all short comings.

Dear Kaurs

That's what I told you at the first stage as this could be the possible reason but dont worry you have 14 days to re-appeal the decision so hurry up & collect the docs & send a FAX straight away to them & tell them that you have provided all the docs asked by VO...

Give them the following docs
PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP IN CANADA (IF APPLICABLE):
• Proof of relationship to your close relative in Canada, such as birth, marriage or adoption certificates.

Proof of Status:
• If your close relative is a permanent resident of Canada: photocopy of his or her Record of Landing (IMM 1000), Confirmation of Permanent Residence or Permanent Resident Card.
• If your close relative is a Canadian citizen: proof of Canadian citizenship, such as a photocopy of pages of a Canadian passport or Canadian citizenship card.
Documents submitted as proof of residency in Canada must be less than six (6) months old.

Proof that your relative is currently living in Canada.
Example of documents:
• income tax assessment (Canada Revenue Agency) for the relative,
• telephone bills,
• credit card invoices,
• employment documents, and/or
• Bank statements.

thanx all for ur replies...... so there is still some hope
letter by ndvo was dispatched on 3 may...but I received the letter on 12th may.
reconsideration letter should be sent within a week or more?

Dear Kaurs

Please acted upon rawlin's advice, I was not aware of 14 days re-appealing time, as it was not there in MI1( when my case was rejected almost in similar way like your).
Work on this quickly without wasting your time, if there is no such criteria of re-appealing, still do it once there is no harm in it, sometimes an arrow in dark may hit the target.
Canadian immigration is opened to issue PR and not to refuse! So just do it fast.

I don't think they will going to entertain your additional documents plea considering their work load.On 22feb you were given a golden chance to rectify your mistake,however you submitted inadequate documents which resulted into Rejection. Haven't you red Document Checklist? it clearly shows what to submit with WHAT.

I think you can dress it with "Dear Officer" and your application number.

According to some seniors here it's 14 days, BUT I believe the letter you received from the Visa Office should state the deadline for appealing.

Dear Ms. Kaur
Have you discussed you case with profesionals. Discuss they may be able to get some solution for you. Hurry before its too late. if you need i can give you the reference. I wish to help all such applicants ho like me are suffering...because of someone' else mistake and rubbish decision.
